In Austria, you can buy the Motorway Vignette 'sticker' with ten days, 2 months or 1 year.

for a tourist like me, no question I should buy 10 days vignette which cost Euro 7.9 at this moment, or you will be fined a Euro 120 ticket...

In Switzerland, you can only buy a vignette which is 1 year cost 40 CHF.
